Impact fees, incentives

Beaufort County Commissioner Stan Deatherage recently presented two resolutions to the County Board for vote. One, a resolution on nonsupport for the NCACC endorsement of a land transfer tax and impact fees from developers, passed. The other, against economic incentives, failed.
