The bill, which passed the Senate in near secret, would also force the production of costly renewable energy.
(7.03.07) Southport Marina redux WILMINGTON — A war is brewing over use of the Southport Marina, and things could get ugly unless the state steps in and helps. The private company that operates the publicly owned marina is raising its price, drawing criticism from some boat owners.
